B.A.S.S. Federation Alliance Announced at 2001 Bass Masters
Classic
8/14/2001 - Skeeter Boats, Yamaha Outboards, Triton Boats, and Mercury Outboards today announced the following
benefit package program valued at over $1-Million for B.A.S.S. State Federations and their members:
Sponsorship and Benefit Program for B.A.S.S. State Federations and Skeeter and Triton Boat Owners and Mercury and
Yamaha Outboard Engine Owners
1) The "B.A.S.S. Federation Alliance" will provide 1-discounted Triton/Mercury-Yamaha and/or Skeeter/Yamaha
package below dealer cost for use as a fundraiser, etc. (choice of brand by the Federation)
2) The "B.A.S.S. Federation Alliance" will give a Triton Tr20 with a Mercury 200EFI and a Skeeter ZX200
with Yamaha VX200, no-charge, to the State Federation whose angler wins the National Championship
Note: State Federation must have signed the "B.A.S.S. Federation Alliance" agreement to receive benefits
noted above.
B.A.S.S. State Federation Membership Benefits Program
If you are a Skeeter/Yamaha or Triton/Mercury or Triton/Yamaha Owner, (B.A.S.S. Federation Alliance package) you
will qualify to receive:
A) $500, if you are one of the 12-man State Team that goes to the Divisional Championship. ($306,000 potential)
B) $1,500 for the angler from each State who qualifies for the B.A.S.S National Federation Championship. ($76,500
potential)
Note: you must own and have used an Alliance Package in the qualifying tournaments to be eligible for these benefits.
Alliance package ownership must be verified to have taken place before any qualifying event and before benefits
are paid.
B.A.S.S. State Federation Membership Benefits Program is valued at $1,000,000 plus in potential State Federation
and Member's benefits for those State Federations who sign with the "Alliance" and Federation Anglers
who own and use "B.A.S.S. Federation Alliance" products and/or packages in the Federation Events.
In addition, Federation Members who purchase a new "B.A.S.S. Federation Alliance" package will also receive
two (2) Team Shirts and hats from the Alliance boat and engine company he purchased product from.
