BASS FISHINGS JUNIOR WORLD CHAMPION - July 1, 2009 |

PITTSBURGH (June 25, 2009)
The Bass Federation has announced that its 2009 National Guard Junior World Championship will be held on The
Allegheny River in Kittanning, Pa., July 31 - Aug. 1, in conjunction with the $2 million Forrest Wood Cup the
world championship of bass fishing presented by BP and Castrol. Daily weigh-ins will be held at Kittanning Riverfront
Park, and will be streamed live to fans around the world watching FLW Live on FLWOutdoors.com.
All junior anglers will walk across the main stage to be recognized during the Saturday weigh-in of the Forrest
Wood Cup in Mellon Arena.
The TBF National Guard Junior World Championship will feature youth anglers from as many as 41 states fishing for
$30,000 in scholarships and prizes. Each participating state will be represented by two junior anglers: one in
the 11 to 14 age bracket and another in the 15 to 18 age bracket, both of whom will receive travel assistance to
Pittsburgh. Every youth angler will also be treated to a world championship-caliber pizza party served up by the
National Guard pro team and featuring high-energy games, entertainment and sponsor prizes. |

Shawn Stewart Investigation w/Composite Photo - May 17, 2009 |

 The
WV State Police are still seeking information regarding the hunting related shooting death of Shawn Craig Stewart,
age 32, and are needing help in identifying the person depicted in the composite. This subject has been identified
as a hunter who had been seen along the waters edge of the Charles Run cove located across from the Vandalia Boat
Dock at Stonewall Jackson Lake in Lewis County, WV on Monday, April 27, 2009. These fishermen had actually spoken
with this subject. During this conversation, the subject depicted in the composite had indicated that he occasionally
"bow fished" for carp. This subject was subsequently picked up in a silver in color canoe by another
unidentifed male subject. Let me emphasize that the subject depicted in the composite is NOT a suspect at this
point, merely a person of interest. At this point, he has only been identified as a hunter in the area that the
police would like to speak with in an attempt to gather additional information regarding this case. Furthermore,
we are still seeking information regarding the compact truck (possibly a Chevrolet S-10 with Pennsylvania tags)
that had a wooden rack constructed on the bed that would have been used to transport a canoe. This vehicle had
been seen parked at the Vandalia Bay boat dock on Sunday, April 26, 2009 and during the morning hours of Monday,
April 27, 2009. It is believed that this truck was being used by the subject depicted in the composite and the
other unidentified male. If anyone has any information regarding the identity of the subject depicted in the composite,

The physical description of the subject depicted in the composite is as follows: white male, approximately 35-45
years of age, 5'11"-6'02", this subject was described as having had a couple days growth of facial hair
and was wearing a camoflauge ball cap.

Shawn Stewart Investigation - May 7, 2009 |

| The WV State Police are seeking any informtion regarding the hunting related
shooting death of Shawn Craig Stewart that occurred on Monday, April 27, 2009 on the public hunting area of Stonewall
Jackson State Park. The information being sought is regarding any person(s) known to have been hunting in the public
hunting area, specifically the Wolf Run Road, Charles Fork, Duncan Run and Vandalia Bay areas. We are also attempting
to identify and locate any person(s) who may have seen a white, silver or possibly red in color, regular cab, compact
pickup truck equipped with a wooden rack constructed on the bed that was used to transport a silver in color canoe.
This truck may have had Pennsylvania tags and was known to have been parked at the Vandalia Bay parking lot on
